Whatever the situation, I bring the same approach — honest advice, careful strategy, and a commitment to getting a real result for my clients.
I work throughout Glendora and the surrounding San Gabriel Valley, with hands-on experience across renovation, flipping, and investment properties as well as traditional buyer and seller representation. I'm fluent in English, Spanish, and Farsi, which lets me serve a wider range of clients and communicate clearly at every step of a transaction. Most of my work still comes the old-fashioned way, through relationships and referrals.

Real estate rewards people who do the homework. Whether it's a traditional sale, a distressed property, or a renovation project with real upside, I look past the surface to understand what a property actually needs and what it's actually worth, then give my clients the direct, honest advice to act on it.
That means walking a fixer with a contractor's eye, running the real numbers on a flip before anyone gets attached to a price that doesn't work, and knowing which repairs move a distressed sale and which don't matter at all.
I don't oversell a property or a plan. I lay out the honest picture, put in the work, and let the results speak through referrals rather than self-promotion.
